When you enter our Orangetheory Fitness gym studio in Dallas, Texas, get ready for the most energetic workout that you will ever experience!

Orangetheory Fitness group sessions are an hour long and built upon three main components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks. With 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 suspension unit systems and plenty of benches and free weights for sessions of 10-25 members, you will never have to wait in line to use any equipment.

The Orangetheory workout has been designed to keep your heart rate within a target zone. When your heart rate stays within this range, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy increases. Which results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect- more energy end extra calorie burn for 24-36 hours after your session!

Our personal trainers are passionate and dedicated to helping you find success with the Orangetheory program. Whether you have a fitness related goal or a weight loss related goal, the Orangetheory program can help you attain it with proper nutrition and regular attendance.

Whether you are currently a couch potato or a professional athlete, Orangetheory has been designed for every level of fitness. Our gym sessions are based upon your individual heart rate and our personal trainers are able to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your current level of fitness.

Come in and experience your first gym session on us. Just give us a call at (214) 758-0338 or visit our website to book your first session with our Addison studio in Dallas, TX. We are located at the Prestonwood Place Shopping Center in the stand alone building behind Logie's grill, at the southeast corner of Belt Line and Montford. Keep an eye out for our bright Orange sign!

MEET OUR COACHES

My name is Tricia Wallace and I have been in the fitness industry since college when I found my love of yoga and weight lifting. I loved how lifting changed my body and yoga helped with recovery and mental balance. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, but soon after started training for a 500hr yoga certification followed by my NASM CPT certification. I worked as both a personal trainer and yoga teacher for Lifetime Fitness, corporate, and private clients. After the birth of my first little girl, I competed in bodybuilding in the bikini division and became nationally qualified at my first show. I now share my time between the fitness and design world and love watching clients find their inner strength and confidence as they set and achieve goals.
Hello my name is Chukwudi "Chuk" Adigwu, I am the Assistant Head Coach here at Addison and I'm from the great city of Houston, Texas. I graduated from UTSA with a BS in Kinesiology and I am about to graduate from Concorde Career College with an Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. I have been personal training for over 4 years, but have been with Orangetheory Fitness for over two years and I made Addison my home, literally. :-) I hope you enjoy a coach that likes to move around the studio to keep everyone entertained, even if it means having to break out in a dance or 2 while listening to my playlist. Hope you enjoy your time here in Addison and know we're one big happy family.
After being a three sport athlete in high school and never having any problems excelling at any sport or activity, I hit a bottom point in my mid twenties when I was overweight, unhappy, and inactive. I decided to do something about it, so I set a goal to train for a half marathon. Twelve weeks of strict training later, on a chilly and rainy June morning in Milwaukee, WI, I crossed the finish line of my first half marathon (first race ever, as a matter of fact) with a time of 1:47 and an overwhelming feeling of exhilaration and pride. Four half marathons, two full marathons, and six body building competitions later, here I am. Waking up each and every morning with a passion to show people that yes, you can. Whatever your goal or "finish line" is-- you can do it. As one of your Orangetheory Fitness coaches, I will do whatever I can to help you get there and cheer you on along the way!
