When you enter our Orangetheory Fitness gym studio in Dallas, Texas, get ready for the most energetic workout that you will ever experience!

Orangetheory Fitness group sessions are an hour long and built upon three main components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks. With 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 suspension unit systems and plenty of benches and free weights for sessions of 10-25 members, you will never have to wait in line to use any equipment.

The Orangetheory workout has been designed to keep your heart rate within a target zone. When your heart rate stays within this range, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy increases. Which results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect- more energy end extra calorie burn for 24-36 hours after your session!

Our personal trainers are passionate and dedicated to helping you find success with the Orangetheory program. Whether you have a fitness related goal or a weight loss related goal, the Orangetheory program can help you attain it with proper nutrition and regular attendance.

Whether you are currently a couch potato or a professional athlete, Orangetheory has been designed for every level of fitness. Our gym sessions are based upon your individual heart rate and our personal trainers are able to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your current level of fitness.

MEET OUR COACHES

 

 

Before becoming a part of the Orangetheory Fitness family, Belinda was a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer in beautiful San Diego, California. Belinda was formally a professional National Football League Cheerleader, which is where she developed her passion and love for fitness. Belinda has a tremendous passion for fitness and helping others. She feels very fortunate to have an opportunity to be a coach at Orangetheory Fitness in Dallas, Texas. Belinda believes Orangetheory Fitness has put a fun new spin on group fitness and loves seeing how it changes peoples lives daily. When she is not coaching, Belinda enjoys traveling and spending time with her puppies, Archer and Cooper.
Born and raised in California, Dea has spent most of her life involved in fitness, in one aspect or another. Her passion for fitness and wellness was initially sparked by her participation in sports growing up, specifically soccer. Through her experience playing collegiate soccer for UCLA, she learned the pivotal importance that fitness training and diet can have on peak physical sport performance. Since graduating, she has become certified as an AFAA Personal Trainer as well as an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to help others achieve their respective fitness goals. Dea believes Orangetheory Fitness offers a well rounded and intense full body workout for clients at any age and fitness level. When Dea is not coaching at Orangetheory, she is coaching soccer, walking the bulldog pup with her husband on Katy Trail, or sweating in a class right next to you!
